One scarf down ?? to go
I delivered one scarf, finished weaving one scarf (still to be washed, beaded and fringed) and got another scarf on the loom today (sort of – there may be some surprises to come). The new scarf on the loom is hand-dyed kid mohair and alpaca in plain weave. Hopefully I will be able to get if off the loom without spoiling our friendship.
On another note – one of the things I love about weaving is that the tools and materials are so pleasing and inspiring that even when you are on poor terms with a particular project you can’t help but be optimistic about the next one.
