A Yard of Yarn
Today I helped organize the donations for our Guild Auction. We had pounds of yarn to categorize and bag into auction-able units. Some of the donations were really covet-worthy and some were not-so-much. We had beautiful weather until the last bag was loaded into the last car at which time the first drop of rain fell. Lucky!
I also had time to go by the fabric store and buy the thirteen buttons needed for the last stage of “the scary coat” project. I have been reading about tailoring techniques so I am girding my loins for the scary button-holes. Wish me luck.
