Finishing Touches
Somehow the last few days have yielded only a few weaving hours. I have been reading about weaving, thinking about designs and being good (sort of, define good, everything is relative . . . right?) as per my New Year’s resolution. I am putting the finishing touches (beads and twisted fringe on Alpaca 2 before mailing it out on Monday.
I was tempted out into the blustery snow today to drop the kids at the movies and get a new bird feeder for in front of the kitchen – because what I really need is another riveting visual (never mind the landscape, computer screen, pets’ antics, books, movies, etc.) to keep me staring while warps remain unwound and skillets smoke.
