Back to Work
I spent the entire day in the studio. I did some paperwork, designed and wound the warp for the next project in the queue. It is a double weave scarf in bamboo on 8 shafts. I am messing with a fool-the-eye, 3-D ish effect. We shall see. I will dress the loom tomorrow and wind the warp for scarf # 2. I did do a little bird watching, and as I was looking at the little cuties on the feeder I got a scale surprise. Out of the corner of my eye I saw some hulking shapes and there under the feeder was a rafter (apparently that is what a group of turkeys is called ) of turkeys.
